📅 June 3rd 💫
Investment: $111
The day begins with a powerful Dance Healing Session hosted by Natalia Garcia from 9:00–10:00 AM.
Through movement, music, and energy activation, you’ll be guided to move your body, raise your energy, and transform your health. No dance experience is needed — just an open heart and willingness to move.
This session is designed to help rebalance the body and awaken your natural vitality. Natalia Garcia is the creator of Poi Joy — an embodied healing experience created through her work as a functional medicine dietitian and mind-body practitioner. After years of helping women through labs, nutrition, and wellness protocols, one truth became undeniable: healing happens faster and more completely when the body feels safe, joyful, and alive. Poi Joy is the embodied expression of healing from within.
From 11:00 AM–12:30 PM, Dr. Medge Jaspan will lead Trauma Release & Stress Relief in Times of Chaos — a healing session focused on releasing emotional heaviness, calming the nervous system, and restoring balance during stressful and uncertain times.
Through guided healing techniques, reflection, and supportive conversation, participants will be encouraged to reconnect with themselves and create space for peace, clarity, and renewal. Light bites will be provided.
Dr. Medge Jaspan is an energy coach, positive psychology practitioner, and wellness educator dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with their authentic selves through healing, self-discovery, and mind-body-spirit alignment. From 12:30 - 1:30 lite bites The afternoon continues with Tai Chi with Reuben Fernandez from 1:30–2:30 PM, offering gentle movement, breathwork, and mindful practices to calm the nervous system, improve balance, and restore inner peace.
